The price includes:

- sheets (beds made with your arrival)
- water and energy in reasonable quantity (electricity,
heating, hot water).
- a pack of the consumable ones: soap, detergent,
upkeeping products, toilet paper, bags of vacuum cleaner, bags dustbin, paper towel, sponges.
- the visitor's tax
- access Internet high flow by WiFi

The price does not include the obligatory fixed price of the starting cleaning : 40 euros
